Become a Member/Renew membership
The Friends of the 4S Ranch Library raise funds to sponsor library events and support library material costs. One way that funds are raised is through membership fees. Consider joining or renewing today and help support The Friends! Joining or renewing is incredibly simple. To pay membership fees online, click on the Donate button.
Membership forms are also available at the 4S Ranch Library or click on the pdf for the form if you would like to submit a check or cash in person. You can also send the form and your check to the 4S Ranch Library, 10433 Reserve Drive, San Diego, CA 92127.
Note that when clicking the Donate button, you will need to enter the amount to specify the type of membership:

Buy a tribute or memorial
The library’s tribute program is a wonderful way to honor family and friends throughout the year. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and engagements, graduations, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or any holiday. . . .or as an expression of sympathy. Click on the pdf icon to find the form.
DONATIONS; We accept all types of fiction and non-fiction books (except encyclopedia sets), recent magazines, DVDs, Blu-Rays, CDs and puzzles and games that have all of their pieces.
SHOP; The Book Nook is located at the back of the 4S Ranch Library opposite the fireplace. We have three sections of shelves plus the Children’s book cart. The Book Nook is an ‘on your honor’ store where you choose the book and then place your donation in one of the two cash boxes located on either the left-hand section of shelves or on the Children’s cart. We stock our Book Nook with the latest in fiction and non-fiction for adults, young adults and children. We also have featured collections and holiday books at different times throughout the year. Book prices range from 25¢ to $1.00 with the occasional book priced at $2.00. Shop us first for great prices!
Every few months we also have a “Buck-a-Bag Sale” where we sell “well-loved” and duplicate books, games, puzzles, DVDs, CDs and other items that have been donated. You can get an entire bag of books or magazines for $1-$3 depending on the size of your bag. Watch for the advertisement for the sale in the library.

Your generous contributions to the Friends of the 4S Ranch Library, a 501 (C)(3) organization, support the 4S Ranch Library which funds enrichment programs, technology, magazines , educational and entertaining programs.
Many companies are proud to support non-profit organizations like the Friends of the 4S Ranch Library. The tax-deductible component of the memberships are normally eligible to be matched. Check to see if your company has such a program.
